Please note: Contact us by e-mail or phone for actual shipping cost before sending payment. Items purchased by check will be shipped when check payment has cleared. . See the Check-out page on our website for further instructions on how to complete your order. All custom orders require 50% deposit with balance due to be paid or charged to a credit card prior to shipping.
Shipping & Handling Shipping rates are determined on an order's full price and not on discount or sale prices. Customers pay for shipping once per order. Backordered items will be shipped at our expense.

Oversize Items Please provide a daytime phone number or e-mail address so we can provide you with a cost quote for shipping oversize or heavier items (i.e. chairs and ottomans).
Availability & Delivery
In-stock items
All in-stock items will be shipped within 5 working days. Items paid for by check will be shipped when check payment has cleared.
Backorders Please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery of backordered items. Out-of-Stock items Although we continually update product availability on our website, customer demand dictates that we cannot guarantee an item will be in stock. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you if we can backorder the item or offer a substitute similar in style, color and size.

Ribbon Samples
In-stock, non-vintage ribbons
Sample cuts are available for in-stock, non-vintage ribbon. Price for any sample cut will be based on the ribbon's price per yard.
Vintage ribbons We cannot offer samples of vintage ribbons as stock is limited and in many cases we are unable to order more. However, every effort has been made to present all our ribbons as accurately as Internet technology will allow. Please call or e-mail us with any questions you may have.
Quantity Discounts There is a 10% discount on full bolts of ribbon. Please note total yardage may vary on any given bolt depending on ribbon style and manufacturer.
Floral Kits All Floral Kits are available for quantity order discounts. Please call or e-mail us for further information. All Floral Kits are copyright protected and cannot be duplicated.
Returns
Ribbon - cut yardage:  Cut yardage cannot be returned.

Ribbon - full bolts:  Only full bolts of ribbon may be returned and will be subject to a re-stocking fee equal to 20% of the purchase price.

Do-It-Yourself Floral and Bridal Kits:  Our do-it-yourself kits cannot be returned as they contain cut ribbon.

All other in-stock items:  If you decide any ready-made, in-stock item is not something you want, you may return it within seven days for a full refund. Please see the Instructions for Return included with your shipped order.

Custom Orders:  Custom orders are subject to a different return policy based on the reason for the return.
